This sale is webcast live with internet bidding through Prime Choice Auctions for those who cannot attend in person! You'll have real time video & audio with bid buttons so you can bid right along with the folks who are there in person! Your card WILL NOT be charged upon registration, but it will be authorized to be sure it is valid. Some mobile banking apps will send you a notification that looks like a charge. DON'T PANIC! We ARE NOT charging you to register as an online bidder - just making sure you are a real person with a working card. This is an unfortunate necessity in this day and time. That preauthorization will NEVER COMPLETE and will fall off like it was never there. It IS NOT a charge! We remove the authorization immediately on our end at the completion of the sale. When it officially falls off on your end is entirely dependent on your bank. (Much like when you rent a car!) You do NOT have to use the card you register with for final payment, and are welcome to pay by cash at pick up! Once you have the winning bid you will receive an email!!! Dixie Horse Auction will contact you by the end of the sale to process your payment! There is a 4% buyers premium for all online purchases! All items sold strictly in AS-IS condition and without warranty unless otherwise expressed or implied by the consignor. There will be video previews for the online bidders. Shipping or pickup responsibility of the buyer. All items to be removed from auction facility by 12:00pm Sunday November 29th unless alternate arrangements are made with Dixie Horse Auction prior to purchase. When the office calls you for payment, please let them know when you are planning on picking up or having your shipper to pick up. INTERNET BIDDERS PLEASE NOTE! When you register to bid, Prime Choice Auctions will place a $1000 preauthorization on the credit or debit card that you register with. This is NOT a charge, just a preauthorization. Your mobile banking may send a notification that appears as a charge - AGAIN, it is just a preauthorization. The $1000 will show as "pending" and then never complete but rather, will just vanish as if it was never there. Once the sale is complete, this preauthorization is released for all non-winning bidders. Winning bidders will have the preauthorization lifted once final settlement is made with the auction company. If for any reason you as a winning bidder fail to make final payment to the auction company before the open of business on Monday, you understand that Prime Choice Auction will finalize the $1000 preauthorization and remit it to the auction company to be applied to your bill. Further, you understand that Prime Choice Auctions will charge your registered card for the full amount due to the auction company for your winning bids. BID RESPONSIBLY and remember, your bid is a legally binding contract! You are responsible for your winning bids.
